I grew up in Christianity. It has ALWAYS and will be always about hypocrisy. I was forced to go to a Christian school. When I got older my father cheated with my mother because he is "such a good christian" and like most Christians he never read the bible for himself. I don't blame him because with my mothers attitude about sex most likely made her extremely boring in bed. We can thank the "church" for that. The church has instilled attitudes and damage in my family far more then it ever helped by a long shot.

Damn...she left out goat sex! You know a lot of those old testament shepherds got bored and lonely. 

having studied history, i've learned one thing about ancient law codes: any laws existed because it was a SERIOUS issue.  so i honestly think it says a lot about humanity's development that we can look at some of these and think, "...what the fuck?"

Whilst cherry picking, a "good" Christians shouldn't bother with any passage in the buy-bull that madate they use their heads for more than a hat rack.
